What can you do if you are not satisfied after the treatment?
Despite the fact that all treatments at Nurses Inc. are carried out carefully, you may not be satisfied. We greatly appreciate it if you make your dissatisfaction known to us. We are happy to work with you to find a suitable solution. It is important to take into account that our nurses have an obligation to do their best, not an obligation to achieve results. Nurses Inc. offers you the opportunity to make use of a check-up appointment with your practitioner between week 2 and week 4 after the treatment. This offers you the opportunity to show the result. Customer satisfaction is our top priority! So make use of the check-up appointment with the practitioner in question, even if you are in doubt.
Step 1: first verbally
If you are not satisfied with something, we ask you to contact the clinic where you were helped, the easiest way to do this is by e-mail, info@nursesinc.nl. We are happy to look for a solution to the confusion, disappointment, questions or problem that has arisen. We kindly ask you to mention the persons involved.

Step 2: Complaints Coordinator
In the unlikely event that you cannot reach an agreement with the person(s) involved, you can submit your complaint in writing to our complaints coordinator. He or she will offer a listening ear, mediate between practitioner and patient if necessary and look for a suitable solution that both parties can agree with. Your written complaint must meet a number of conditions in order to be processed. If this is not complete, you will be given the opportunity to complete the necessary information. This will tell you exactly how to form your complaint.
The aim is to respond to your complaint within 5 working days. You can contact our complaints coordinator by sending an email to: klachten@nursesinc.nl
Stap 3: Externe klachtenfunctionaris
If you are not satisfied with the contact with our complaints coordinator, you can submit your complaint to an independent complaints officer. This independent complaints officer can help you formulate your complaint. In addition, he can also inform you about the procedure to be followed and about the progress of the procedure. The independent complaints officer is a mediator between the complainant and the accused. The independent complaints officer aims to take away your dissatisfaction. With your consent, he can view your file and hear the employees of Nurses Inc. involved.

Step 4: Arbitration Committee
If you cannot reach an agreement with us or with the external complaints officer, you can appeal to the external disputes committee. The Disputes Committee can and will make a decision about the case and/or personal damage that relate to the formation or execution of the agreement concluded between you and Nurses Inc. After a balanced consultation and investigation, the Disputes Committee issues a binding opinion or promotes a settlement between the complainant and Nurses Inc.
Nurses Inc. is a member of the nationally operating 'De Geschillencommissie' (P.O. Box 90600, 2509 LP The Hague www.degeschillencommissie.nl).
The Disputes Committee meets the recognition requirements of the Dutch government. This means that you can count on a good procedure and an impartial decision.
Please note that you will have to pay a complaint fee at the start of a dispute procedure. Depending on the outcome and the advice, you will get this amount back.
