When do I see results after this treatment?
On average, 2 to 3 treatments are needed, spaced about a month apart. The results are not immediately visible after your first treatment because the hyaluronic acid first stimulates your skin. You can expect to see results 4 to 8 weeks after the first treatment.
The results of this treatment last an average of 6 to 9 months, depending on the condition of your skin. We advise you to schedule a separate treatment 1 to 2 times a year as maintenance, so that your skin continues to maintain that fresh glow.

What does a treatment look like?
A Profhilo treatment is a quick procedure and takes only about 10 minutes. Using the so-called BAP technique, we inject the solution at five anatomically chosen points on the face. The solution remains in the skin for an extended period, providing a slow and long-lasting release of hyaluronic acid. This stimulates the production of collagen and elastin. Collagen provides firmness to the skin, while elastin ensures its elasticity. Profhilo Structura also stimulates the production of fat tissue.
During a treatment, we inject 2 ml of hyaluronic acid into 10 different points in the face. The Profhilo gel spreads subcutaneously, reaching all areas of the face. The fluid is slightly sensitive to the skin during injection, but anesthesia is not necessary. After about 15 minutes, you are done. Sometimes you will see small red spots where the injection was given. It can also feel like a bump. Don't worry, this will disappear by itself after a short time. In addition to the face, the neck and décolleté can also be treated with Prohilo. A treatment will then look similar to the one described above.
To prevent infection, we ask you not to wear make-up or apply creams for the first 5 hours after the treatment. As long as small bumps are still visible from the pricking, we advise you not to go into the bright sun or use a sunbed. After the treatment you can continue with your daily activities.

Profhilo Structura is the newest, most advanced form of Profhilo. It focuses on restoring and strengthening the subcutaneous fat tissue in the face, resulting in a subtle lift and improved facial contours. In short: it firms the skin and restores lost volume in the deeper layers.
